This project was a part of a series of projects acquired by an investment fund established and managed by Nathan Cork Design that pursued distressed properties in the greater Phoenix area. This 1 bedroom + study, 1.5 bath condo was lightly renovated and staged to reflect the modern aesthetic already established at the infamous glass and steel structured Optima Camelview condo complex designed by famed architect David Hovey.
